Ntsane Matla is a research-based speaker, facilitator and lecturer. I deliver bespoke and science based motivational presentations to public and private organizations, universities, technical and vocational education and training institutions.

I share strategies, proven insights and methods that assist clients to transcend the next level of success in their lives and careers. I deliver in-person and virtual presentations. My presentations are aimed at cultivating resilience and hope, assist professionals to reduce apprehension and fear, provide a new and fresh outlook towards life and careers holistically.

As an Applied Communications Lecturer I hold a B.A Communications degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education, from North West University - Vaal Triangle Campus and Vaal University of Technology, respectively.
